Hi Philip, Thank you for your email. Well I am in trouble, since in the Diffusion folder I can only see:
bvals bvecs data.nii.gz grad_dev.nii.gz nodif_brain_mask.nii.gz I looked up the reference manuals (eg.: https://www.humanconnect ome.org/documentation/data-release/Q1_Release_Appendix_III.pdf p.48) And it tells me the same. Am I missing something?
