I've replaced most of {{LevelDBStore}} with general {{MetadataStore}} in v7
patch, please take a look. There are only 2 places (I am not quite familiar
with) are not included in this patch
# LevelDBStore references in cblocks
# LevelDBStore references in OzoneMetadataManager which is only used by
LocalStorageHandler
I think we can track them in separate tasks.
