Thanks [~elgoiri] for the review.
Updated new path HDFS-15221-006.patch with below changes,
* move the javadoc to the header of function
* change the fuction to return false instead of using exceptions.
* remove the bracklines in the javadocs.
I'm sorry that I don't know where to cocument this feature?
