Is it not possible to force the constraints on LFS as well? I understand that
it would be best NOT to add constraints if possible, but just curious.
Perhaps this needs to be a special case in webHDFS that specifically uses DFS,
and if not, then we throw an error or something? I feel like we should be able
to access the DFS concat API at the least.
