Please excuse the naivete, but re: foil tape. Are we talking about covering the 6" bifi with foil, by way of keeping the bifi from deteriorating in the sun? And by "foil tape" do we mean the stuff that's used on, e.g., ducting? If so, I haven't seen anything wider than 2"; do I have the right stuff (sic)? Brand names and/or key phrases would help.
Finally, I haven't seen any discussion about taping the edges of the boards. Last year I used the aforementioned 2" tape to tape the edges. Is there any reason not to do so again for my new h-yurt? As thanks for reading this far, I'd like to reiterate my mention of something that made teardown quite tractable last year: running monofilament fishing line under the bifi in the seams that got taped up (NOT the hinge edges). SO nice to grab the line and just zip the tape apart... Cheers, Steve -- The War On Drugs is over. Drugs won. Next up: the War On Terror.
