They'll be building up until 4AM the day they get into vans ;-) Basically getting an H13 together last minute is not feasible, but doing an H4 is easy - doesn't have the complicated roof geometry to assemble, which is quite hard conceptually.
Gavin, if you make the "tall" panels using the offcuts from the roof, you can divide the wall panels into neat thirds (2 boards gives six identical wall pieces) and have a slightly higher unit, and zero waste.
