Get a generic loose fitting peasant shirt, colorful scarf, and snappy
hat, and you are off, without spending bunches of cash.
I'm guessing that the peasant shirt is suitable for all kinds of busking,
Renn.Faires, periods and nations.  Peasants were everywhere.
