I have tried several makes of tampon available in the UK but they seem to be a mixture of stuff (and often fuzzy stuff) - often polyester or the like (although I did find one specialist firm who use pure cotton but they were mail order only) which didn't sound very nice regardless of how often I tried. OB just aren't common in the UK if available at all - at least it drew blank looks from chemist shops throughout a major UK city and cotton balls ere are full of lumps and it takes ages to find a bit that's suitable. Being an "older" couple it's no loer something we have around the house and I can't just and ask someone "do you happen to have a spere tampon for my gurdy?" Easier to order a bag of the stuff from Texere on the Internet.. Colin Hill
