        Thanks for your help in defining Hurdy-Gurdy Cotton for me!  I feel
confident I can find the right stuff now, on-line if not locally.

         BTW,  Colin--local for me is a sister region to your Lancashire:
Lancaster, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, USA.

         Neil--your video of applying cotton is a geat idea for those of us
who haven't been able to attend a workshop.  It plays just fine on my Mac
using Flip4mac.
