An FYI Sources in US for Hurdy Gurdy Method by Doreen Muskett seem to be few and far between and mostly out of stock. I did just order one of the two that hurdygurdycrafters.com had available because I panicked and thought I might never get one (and, besides, Father's Day is coming soon!)
In the meantime, I got a reply from Michael Muskett about ordering directly from him. A part of his response follows: " CD Available only direct. Method £35.00. Method & CD £47. CD only $14.00 [I think he means £14] Paypal. Payment to Muskett Music in £ sterling please. You may put this info on the HG list discussion if you wish as I haven't a website yet. All prices inclusive. Regards, Michael PS Please notify me of your order & payment." It IS a good point though that, if someone thinks it is out of print, they may see this as the only way to get a copy of an essential book. I think it IS on-topic as many of us have learned a lot from the "method" and, if a solution isn't found, it may well go out of print for good and that would be a disaster for HG players.
