Going off my somewhat suspect memory here. I believe the massif central books 
were published by Matt Seattles' Dragonfly music. As far as I know, Matt closed 
that business down a few years ago. I seem to remember that Dave Mallinson 
music was going to acquire and publish some of the Dragonfly catalouge but I am 
not sure that included the massif central books.(www.mally.com)
It doesnt look like he did though, the mally site used to have a section for 
'french' music but that link isnt there anymore.
