The PhysX binary SDK is free for commercial and non-commercial use. Developers can license the source code and / or support packages.
PhysX in the near future will be accelerated via the CUDA interface on 8 series+ nVidia cards. Interesting none the less, I wonder which wins in terms of performance / features. Although this would be mostly subjective.
