Maybe by the time CS decides to record the current health and armor and
report the difference as an "attack" (I assume its using a time based
system) and with a single shot kill like a headshot the player is
already spectating when it takes down the final hp and armor of the
victim, Im assuming CS sets the health and armor to 100/100 which is
reasonable to assume, it will not leave it at 0 as that would initiate a
clientside screen tilt (and spectating like that would be less than
fun).

Just a small bug, they'll probably fix it next version now its been
reported.

I've had this when playing and its usually when I get a single shot
headshot
at close distance - for some reason it doesn't register. I know this
isn't a
solution but happens on my server runnin AdminMod + StatsMe

Hi,

I wrote a little statistic plugin for CS servers and found this
log line:

L 05/16/2004 - 10:25:41: "xxx<251><STEAM_xxxxx><TERRORIST>" attacked
"xxx<219><STEAM_xxxx><CT>" with "ak47" (damage "0") (damage_armor "0")
(health "100") (armor "100")

You can see, there is no damage at all, but the attack
was triggered. How could it be? I am sure the AK was
loaded with FMJ bullets and not with cotton wool.
