qwest offers 896 up and 1.5M down, for $28a month, plus ISP fees, about
$50/month. This is what I'm used to paying, and what I would have if my
lines were good. Bandwidth is not as expensive as it used to be for those
lucky enough to have good phone lines. I talked to the cable company about a
commercial account, and they want $189.99 for 512K up. I kindly suggested
they take their 512K up and stick it up.....anyhow, you get the idea. Cable
modem is a friggin' joke. I can get 256kup/512k down for $90 a month with
cable. My old DSL was 256k up/768k down for $45/month.
