I thought of ISDN, but here it's only 128K, and that is not enough.  I'm not
opposed to going with a commercial line, but I have not yet looked into how
much that costs and don't really know what I'm getting myself into.

My complaints are not about paying the money - my complaint is about how
little their "business" plan gives you for so much money. I'll fork out the
bucks, but I'm not going to pay $100+ a month for 384K up. Honestly, the
cable company here thinks they are doing you a favor by letting you pay them
for bandwidth. They seem to forget one very important business rule - if
money flows one way, the butt kissing has to flow the other way. IOW - I
give you money, you kiss my butt. The cable company wants both - your money
and some butt kissing ;p
