Heh, what do you want? Your only other possible options are ISDN or commercial line. In either case you already complained about price so thats out. And thats ironic when you state you want the bandwidth in your house. Forget satellite or wireless for the latency (especially a server). I think it's time to rent if you want to run one that bad.
There are companies out there that provide RDP.
