I had Qwest for 3 years. The only latency issue I had was where a 50ms delay
just hopping into their system. From there on out it was lightning fast.
Admittedly, my measly 256k/256k allotment didn't stress anything out there,
maybe that is why it worked good for me? And when I did a TR on this or that
site, it didn't make the hops your a describing. Most of my traffic hopped
up to Seattle, and from there to the rest of the world with minimal hops.
