I guess i also am a bit disgusted with this listing,I had asked a Question several days ago and didnt even recieve a single response of any kind....i wasnt sure if anyone knew of any stats on 64 bit servers or not,but i had at least expected some kind of answer even if it was" sorry cant help ya".
but because there isnt much info out there besides this...and this is supposedly the official valve listing i'm still here asking the same Q's again....... Does anyone know how many hl servers a 64 bit system can handle or is there a base line spec on cpu usage per server? and since i am new to game servers BUT not servers themselves....how does one go about running multiple servers thru steam?...Is the a different interface such as a DOS shell or do i need a special version of HLDS to run multiples....so far from what i can tell from running unreal servers our server should be able to handle about 50-60 32 man hl servers...but i still have no info on how to do this... lets all try and be nice and answer Questions for other members...if were not gonna help each other we may as well goto a AOL chat and gab like the rest of the world. thanx for reading or Ignoring this post Critter ---------------------------------------------- Salsgiver Internet Services Webmail Save up to 50% on a new dial-up account.
