I have a dual xeon 2.8 with 2 gigs of ram.I have one battlefield vietnam(24 players) one cs(24 players) one cs(20player) and one Natural Selection(18 player) and my box doesn't lag at all of course not all my server have been full at the same time either. But 5-6 full 32 man servers even with basic cs no addons would consume alot of resources.Judging by my 20 man at full capacity it uses around 5% cpu and 245mb ram it would take at least 300+ to run a 32 man, meaning you would probably need 1800 megs of ram plus what windows needs so round it off to an even 3 gigs for smooth operation and one hell of a cpu setup. My dual 2.8 would never handle that,at least I don't think so.And as far as the 64bit the only thing I know about it is hlds doesn't support it for windows if I remember correctly, and I think they have a beta? for linux. But I may be wrong.
