I'd have to say 90% of our crashes occur at map change
 I also have to say, that even without bots whatsoever, (because we run
servers here with and without bots), that human players have as much chance
of having the server crash as bots do.
 All I think having bots does is simulate player load on the SRCDS process
and the only reason you do not see it with actual human players is that the
number of humans playing on a server, particuarly one with a rotation ebbs
and flows, where as a bot run server can keep the same amount of players on
the server contiuously.
