I'm not so sure about that. I have 32 and 64 man servers that run 24/7
at capacity with changes every 45-90 minutes. They rarely crash. - They
also don't run bots. But I'll keep a closer eye on it and try to see if
they are crashing and just coming back up without notice

I'd have to say 90% of our crashes occur at map change
 I also have to say, that even without bots whatsoever, (because we run
servers here with and without bots), that human players have as much
chance
of having the server crash as bots do.
 All I think having bots does is simulate player load on the SRCDS
process
and the only reason you do not see it with actual human players is that
the
number of humans playing on a server, particuarly one with a rotation
ebbs
and flows, where as a bot run server can keep the same amount of players
on
the server contiuously.
