dear sprout, 1.remove your mods dll's , then restart it to confirm that was the probem. 2. uninstall any 3rd party programs that may run off of steams dll's, then restart to confirm its fixed 3. reinstall from a fresh hldsupdatetool. i had this problem for about 30 minutes after the update. this is how i fixed it. good luck and email me at [EMAIL PROTECTED] if i can be of assistance in any way www.xxxclanxxx.com
