Lets not confuse a "cheat" which may use a script to work it's evil, with the script itself. A script combines functions bound to keys... it cannot execute any command the server admin hasn't allowed. If someone is using scripts to execute cheats, then he is a cheater but the script isn't a cheat... the script only put the keystrokes together.
