We can always foolishly hope that Valve have fixed all the issues that cause
server operators to install plugins like zBlock or CVAR-X since Valve kindly
left such functionality out of SRCDS or because of existing bugs that
require server operators do something to ensure fair and reasonable gaming
experience for all, have been fixed.
