It's querying cs:s servers among others.  Most of the packets are 
related to multiplayer games there's some talk to the steam servers but 
most of it is to mulitplayer games.

the outgoing packets are
"TSource Engine Query"

and incoming looks like
"I.BIZIM-AILE-GENC | only buzzkill | FASTDL | TICKRATE 100 
|.fy_buzzkill_b48_specter.cstrike.Counter-Strike: Source......dl..1.0.0.34."

and
"24/7 ICEWORLD SPAWNEM DAY AND NIGHT |100tick|NO

and
