Yeah, I was disappointed when I saw this too. I'd like to see you have to find a server BEFORE you create a lobby, so there's no waiting once everybody is in. Steam group server or not. Then create a timeout, say 2 minutes, and if you don't start the game in 2 minutes, that server frees up, and you have to search for one like it is now.
