Try playing with developer set to 1 and see if you get it yourself. I expect
you will. This is why I don't think it's related to the problem.

Never seen it in TF2, but in CSS is meant that a core file being accessed
didn't match the file on the server. As I stated to the OP, if one / two
people are getting it, the problem is on their end. If multiple people get
it, then its cause to believe that there is corruption server side.

Example: In the log where it states the bone error is happening to "Entity
Sentry Gun" - it means that the sentry gun file being accessed didn't match
what the engine was expecting to be returned. Every time i've seen the error
previously, a simple reinstall has fixed the issue. Even google it though-
issue is pretty rare.
