Wait, does the hunter break down the door in the process? That's by design,
I've done that myself.

If theres an update to l4d soon - i wonder if they can stop the hunter
pouncing thru any closed door or wall - including closed safe room doors.

This is how u do it:

as a hunter, crouch about 5 feet away from a door or wall that has an
adjoining room (ie. not the void)

look DIRECTLY down -

move towards the wall or door (whilst still looking DIRECTLY down)

just before contact with the wall or door - pounce

and hey presto your thru the closed wall or door

if your clever enough and there is a survior on the opposite side, as soon
as you are thru, it pounces him in the same breath.

please fix that one Valve
