Voogru,

You rock with your data whoring boredness. Much respect and you make an
excellent point regarding artificial penalizing. I'm interested to see what
kind of results you come up with as I'm sure many other are as well. It
will give a potential benchmark against what Valve decided to share with
everyone. I say that carefully, b/c I think it's fair to say that Valve has
more behinds the scenes that what is publicly put out there. :D

I think I'd like to offer, w/o proof, that the disconnects are purely going
to be those determined by client action and not by admin action or the
others you set forth. Not that they are not valid ones to be concerned
about from the SA PoV. The data being used is purely from the client, as
they say, and I'm sure their experimental studies have shown them it works
(said loosely with optimism). Meaning this also takes into account the
Scout update player behavior which throws some the _normalised_ data into a
horeshoe, I'd suspect.

Aside from the data, probably the piece of info we should be looking for is:
what score will constitute the delisting??? I don't think that can be
derived from the blog post pictorial... :P

My 2 cents at this point.
