I've too have been getting crashes on two of our servers since the update.
Perhaps these crashes are related to the performance changes made? Below are
the log entries one of the server just before the server went offline and
wouldn't recover on it's own without a restart:

 

L 09/07/2012 - 13:55:38: "Red Dragon<113><STEAM_0:0:53020029><>" triggered
"airshot_flare"

L 09/07/2012 - 13:55:38: Engine error: ED_Alloc: no free edicts

 

The other server crashed on mapchange. Nothing on these servers has changed
in months, other than upgrading SourceMod after the MvM update 2+ weeks ago,
so I can only assume it's related to the update because the crashes began
about an hour after yesterday's update.

 

Both servers run custom maps that have until now worked perfectly.

 

Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated..

Well, we have replays disabled and still have clients crashing on map
change. Though, it kind of sounds like different issues.
