Is this in reference to the bug with TCP Steam connections? If so,
restarting the server may help.
Fletcher said they were looking into that ages ago and it's come up
repeatedly on the mailing list since then (from a variety of users on
multiple hosts). I haven't heard an official update on whether it's
being addressed.
An easy way to check if your servers are showing up currently is to use
Valve's query tool:
http://api.steampowered.com/ISteamApps/GetServersAtAddress/v0001?addr=208.64.202.209.
If it isn't listed via that tool, it's likely the TCP binding bug, but
could potentially also be something else. (GoldSrc servers on Linux
using new IPs also have problems right now, for instance.)

I am missing servers but I also use NFO and am interested in narrowing in on
the problem.

Well I have gone through the config 20 times , can't find anything that
could be causing the problem. According to NFO " Steam is somehow handling
that wrong, and there really isn't anything we can do on our end about that
except wait for Valve to fix it."

I think it is your config.

Getting weird problem on our linux servers after the first Halloween

Players can connect by IP (connect 74.91.124.34) But not via steam or
server browser
Connecting with port also fails for most players Connect
74.91.124.34:27015 results in "Server Not Responding"
Any ideas?
I have already talked to GSP , they think its on valve's end.
