Noel:
Even loading something in Flash (unless a security flaw in Flash is
exploited) will not allow direct access to client processes. You can
nitpick the semantics of that if you want, but it doesn't change the fact
that the ingame motd has no greater ability to do things with client
processes then a normal web browser.
