True, but he did.
He did for a certain time. But that doesn't mean he still would if
 VAC did not come to be. There is only so much energy a man can
invest into something like this an it gets tireing over time.
Let's ask admins running non-VAC MODs. They can still use CD if
they want to, can't they?. Is CD still updated regularily? Is it
effective against the current cheats?
