Thats the point, location is irrelevant. You could use a dialup, and be
assigned an IP out of 50 different pools. And because of your ISP's
setup (which I might add, is not incorrect) you should be banned?
As for CD-Key in use... youve never had CS crash, and got this error
when trying to reconnect. And because of this, again should I be banned?
