This brings up the old question of kernel version.  I've only cut 2 of my
servers over so far, and only one has seen any significant amount of traffic
since then... but at 14 players it was only consuming .5 to a max of 4% of a
2Ghz P4.  As I mentioned probably a year ago on this list, I firmly believe
the 2.4.9 variety of kernel to be the absolute best for serving game
servers.  And after viewing some of the top output from others on this list
today I still stand behind my generic 2.4.9-34 kernel.
