When 1.6 came out, I pretty much stopped trying to review demos with cheats on, just because I was paranoid about VAC possibly detecting it since 1.6 forces you to auth through Steam even when running a listenserver.
I don't have much experience with listenservers, but surely you can set "secure 0" on it too?
