Gordian, I think a few of us are having this exact same problem, information is very scarce at the moment, I'm not even sure if Valve have aknolwedges this as a problem and added it to their list of things to do.. Alfred?

I also tried to start the server with the -IP <external IP> parameter, but I then I get the error "Couldn't allocate dedicated server UDP port." Server restarting.... This problem occurs since the middle of may, before the server was on the list without troubles.
