Is there any way to compress files for sv_downloadurl hosting for HLDS (HL1)? I searched the Steam forums and the only info I could get was that some didn't think the bz2 compression worked for HLDS, but that z (ztmp extension) compression might work. If it does, what command would I run for z compression? Is it just zip format with a ztmp extension? One other sort of related question.
