Okay, an update. I tried the server in a DMZ and everyone was able to connect, so I *know *it must be a port forwarding issue. I have scoured the internet for every port that anyone has mentioned might be needed in addition to the official ports, so does anyone have a comprehensive list somewhere? Otherwise I guess I have to do trial and error with port ranges or something. :(
