Ah thank you very much Ben Baylis, particularly for that command. I think
with that I should be able to find the right ports to open up, even if it
isn't one of those you specified. (but I think it might be the VAC ports)

Crazy I have specified a region and tried shifted the server around, didn't
work. :/
