I got a friend to try 2 of them, and they redirected to:

208.115.117.85:27015 (^) ROTATION SERVER - HLSTATSX/RECRUITING ClanWoof.com
208.115.117.84:27015 (^) 24/7 BADWATER/GOLDRUSH - HLSTATSX/RECRUITING
ClanWoof.com

Searching in the server browser, there are some others with similar
ip/names, I guess it's the others servers they redirect to:

208.115.116.51:27016 (^) Custom Maps - HLSTATSX/RECRUITING ClanWoof.com
208.115.116.56:27015 (^) 24/7 EGYPT - HLSTATSX/RECRUITING ClanWoof.com
208.115.116.57:27016 (^) Payload Rotation - HLSTATSX/RECRUITING ClanWoof.com
208.115.117.86:27015 (^) 24/7 2Fort - HLSTATSX/RECRUITING ClanWoof.com
208.115.117.87:27015 (^) 24/7 2FORT #2 - HLSTATSX/RECRUITING ClanWoof.com
