He's not talking about the server crashing, he's talking about different damages based on the OS the server is installed on.
OS specific bugs exist, definitely, but I've never heard of different ranges of damage on different servers. You sure it wasn't a headshot and both shots were in the same exact place on the same doorway fired at the same time? Try it with a bot script to confirm. Players cannot reproduce something like that properly.
