I'm not reading through all the responses, since it would be better served on a forum.
I am a member on this list to receive the announcement of updates (or as of lately, the pre-announcements, the update of "you must have your server registered"). If this list is to be preserved, I would like an "announcements only" list where I can receive the notices without the discussions.
