Well 32 slots doesn't disqualify you, it gives you a "scoring penality", or
atleast that is what I saw on the "TF2 Quickplay overview" in Steam-support.

Without 32 slots and instant respawn i never never ever ever never ever
would play any second Team Fortress 2 or get the idea to host gameservers.

Thank god, that server modification is possible, so that I was able to have
fun with the game and was able to support valve with buying items. And a lot
of people in my community have the same feeling
