On the server side if you want to move them (you don't have to), put the maps in tf/custom/custom_maps/maps or something similar. Any directory under custom will work, but the directories under that need to match their TF2 directory names.

For example, for Vs. Saxton Hale, you could put files under tf/custom/vsh/models, tf/custom/vsh/materials, tf/custom/vsh/sound, and tf/custom/vsh/maps
