It goes in the same place you've always had it.  Only on the client end it
changes to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress
2\tf\download\maps or something like that.

This way if you have multiple Steam accounts, you won't have to download
the map all over again under another account.
