Anyway, to get back to your question... You should be able to put workshop/cp_glassworks_rc6test.ugc454118349 into a mapcycle (or umc-mapcycke) for any of SourceMod's mapchoosers and have it work.
Well, mostly work. There are still a few places in the stock plugins that assume the map name maxes out at 32, 64, or 65 characters.
