Couple things: - what versions are you running? (ruby / Rubygems / Rails / Rake / Hobo); it's hard to figure out what's going on otherwise
- the POD tutorial is out of date; you'll likely want the Agility tutorial instead at http://cookbook.hobocentral.net - Hobo apps tend to be a little slow in development mode; all of the models are recompiled every time (by route reloading), amongst other things.
