The sort of visualization a person would do in this case would be of the type where you visualize your body, your immune system as being healthy and whole. It would not make you more sensitive. It would be like the way a cancer patient visualizes the healthy normal cells replacing the unhealthy malignant ones. Or the way a person who has social phobia, for example, visualizes themselves being calm and relaxed as they give a speech in front of a large group. It would not lessen your "intellectual awareness" of the dangers of chemicals, etc, and you would still be able to remove yourself from being exposed, you would still know when the chemicals are there, but you would not experience a "reactivity." You would still have your choices of how to respond.

I hope they are having good sleepwalking dreams. :)
I had a friend who used to walk in their sleep. It was very strange to observe, and i cannot imagine what it must be like to be the person sleepwalking.

You are in your new home now. Are there steps you can take there to obtain the quiet you could not get at your old place? Can you mimic the environment at your Aunts?
Would sleeping with a white noise machine with soothing sounds help block the distractions of the morning? Ear plugs? Those heavy darkening window shades to keep light out?
Here, the windows are double insulated, the window glass and then 4 inches inside, another pane of glass, so there is wonderful sound insulation... But in the warmer months, when i start to sleep with the windows open, there is always a period of adjustment to the new morning and nighttime noises... Sometimes it is the very loud bullfrogs at night, sometimes a distant train whistle or traffic...an occasional thunderstorm. Always a couple of weeks of adjusting before settling down into the usual routine.
Maybe eventually living in a location like your Aunt's might be good for you?
Just a couple of thoughts...
love and peace,
joyce
