Like some people can be hypnotized by the reassuring certainty that they cannot be hypnotized. That they are not sensitive to hypnosis.... so they can relax..... sit back.... and just breath.... in.... and out.... while they stay completely awake......... and aware.......

(I think I can quite safely say that, eh... ;-) ) >We have a wonderul ginger drink in the UK >that has the bite of spirits but it is >the ginger that makes it. bite . . . (apart from alcohol from which I still have not parted completely, but cut down on considerably) >Ginger and garlic are my favourite herbs. >Add some turmeric (and anything) and >you have food (curry). > > Yes! done that a lot since you first shared that recipy. Quite delicious. I like to add fresh corriander to curry and also some slices of lemon or lime; peel and all. Lemongrass is also quite delicious with curries. and a few chillies of course. >Lately I have been discovering how much fun it is to >add bannasa and currents and dates to savoury dishes . . . >This is very much a Malasian style of curry . . . > > I don't react well to dates, even dates from the organic store give me a lot of stomach acid. Bananas I can eat occasionally, but not more than once or twice a week, I think. Oh and I had to stop the oatmeal breakfasts. For a long time oatmeal was healing to me and the last weeks suddenly I had stomach pain shortly after breakfast every time. So then I decided that it is probably not a suitable breakfast for the summertime; too heavy. I had to think a long time about what else. I decided on misosoup, with veggies. Yes.... for breakfast, with herbs and garlic. Works well. Also since breakfast is often the only meal I eat at home at the moment. So it is logical to make that a hot meal. And take crackers and dolmas, nuts, olives and salads etc along to the lake for lunch and dinner. I'm finding out many tasteful evening meal salads, with either potatoes or kamut spirelly, corn macarony etc., and fresh veggies, beans and seasoning in them. >Lobster > >PS. >Been thinking quite seriously about developing >a programming language for tmxxine but I think >I may have to wait for its development - two years away >tops. > > > It would be nice to have an opportunity to learn a language while it is being developed :-) Love, Desi ------------------------ Yahoo!
